Humanity's role

Humans are a small speck in the universe. However, the that small speck has a large role to play in it. Humans are now exploring Earth's neighboring planets and space itself to find something new. Exploring and discovering new things are humanity's role in the universe. During the ice age, what we know as the native Americans, walked across the barren straight and explored the what we know as the Americas. Several hundred years later and more well know, Christopher Columbus sailed across the Atlantic sea to find a new path to India. However, Columbus founded the Americas and helped started the colonization of the new world. Humans are curious creatures and because of this discover new things. Humanity's role in this vast universe is to explore and discover new things that no one/nothing else has already discover.

  1. I agree with you completely on the part that us humans are very curious creatures. By saying that we have a little bit of taste for adventure, danger and the unknown. But this is defiantly a good thing! We aren't scared of what we might find if we go out too far and I believe Humanities role is to be as curious as we can be, and someday find other outside alien life that we can come into contact with on a daily basis. There is a lot waiting out there for us in the universe it just comes down to if humans can get curious enough.

  2. I believe if we do not go into space and find out what is up there and around us we will never compeltly understand what is going on around us. We maybe could find a race that could show us how to cure all types of diesases we have and they could help us. We could even find nothing out there at all and we would still end up with more knowlegde then we did at the start. I agree with what you are saying 100 precent. We need to find out what is up there.
